In general, the costs of interpreting services depend on seven factors:

- The number of interpreters required
- The language combinations required
- The complexity of the subject matter
- The duration of the interpreting service
- The type of sound equipment required
- The location of the interpreting service
- The date(s) of the interpreting service

The Duration and Costs of Interpreting Services

Clients are reminded that, in relation to interpreting services, occasions often arise in which interpreters are requested to provide services that are not contemplated in the original project quotation. Examples include such cases in which the interpreter is asked to accompany clients during mealtimes following the contracted interpreting services, or when the interpreter's services are required during a round of questions once a presentation has officially terminated. Additional services of such nature are always billed by our company at the corresponding additional hourly rate.
