I don't know the grammar terminology in my own language. Even so, can I learn another language? A familiarity with the grammar of your own
language is, without a doubt, an advantage when it comes to studying foreign
language courses, but it is not an essential requirement. A good teacher can convey to you the necessary ideas and concepts without talking about the "use of the subjunctive in adverbial clauses" and other "complicated" terms.
I am worried about my pronunciation. Will this affect my ability to communicate in other languages? Speaking
German, Spanish or even Chinese with a English or
French accent is just that. Think of all the foreigners that you know or that you have heard speaking your own language in the media - you can understand them perfectly - even if they have a foreign accent.
